Corporate Account Manager

1) Does a reseller competitor check to keep the team informed and updated with current reseller and whole sale market trend

3) Maintains trust and establishes business relationship with resellers

4) Keep records of existing and potential reseller clients' products, developments, and any other initiatives supporting the growth of reseller channel

5) Proactively reaches out to resellers to cater to their needs and offers promotional materials

6) Contacts potential resellers to discuss and understand their business and explains the benefits of our reseller system

7) Persuades potential resellers to sign up to our program

8) Escalates urgent and complex issues with the ability of properly setting appropriate prioritization

9) Meets or exceeds the domain order, hosting and solution bookings, and reseller sign up monthly

10) Negotiates and prevents reseller from transferring out

1) Renders work hours with flexibility when required

2) Dresses appropriately and always presents a good image for the company

3) Conducts business in alignment with the company's core values

4) Complies with the different policies set by the company

5) Ensures that our company conducts business in an ethical manner at all times without putting anyone in a position of risk

6) Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time
