Job descriptionJob Qualifications 3-5 years of General Insurance / Insurance Broking experience Australian Insurance experience is required Either Tier 1 or 2 qualified in Insurance Broking or willing to undertake Tier 1 Insurance Broking studies Responsibilities Management of a portfolio of domestic and small business clients, with an emphasis on profitable growth, managing their annual renewals, new business, claims and providing insurance advice. Processing and document issuance of renewals, cancelations, quotations and endorsements, ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner. Providing Quotations / Conducting Market Reviews Supporting team's brokers with the management of their client portfolios, including managing pre-renewals / declarations, lodging claims, liaising with insurers and processing policies. Ensure customer service is provided at a very high level, ensuring each and every interaction with clients is a positive experience and drives customer retention, including providing accurate responses to client queries within 24 hours. Negotiating terms and building relationships with Underwriters / Insurers Ensure effective debtor management for your team Job Competencies Driven to deliver on high client expectations and customer experience Outstanding attention to detail & accuracy Results driven and motivated by a drive to achieve Ambitious, results driven with a can-do attitude Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Strong desire and ambition to build a career as an insurance broker Has a "Can-Do" attitude, finding solutions rather than problems Team player but able to work autonomously Confidence speaking with clients at all levels
