JOB DESCRIPTIONOversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goalsManage daily operations of call center team including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelinesAchieve all individual and team targets / KPIs set by the department (Sales, AHT, QSL / QI)Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectivesExecute required corrective / developmental action to remedy deficiencies as requiredJOB QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferredAt least 6 years experience in a similar position.Managerial experience in a Tele-sales environment is an advantage.
Ability to be thorough, accurate and complete when working, processing or providing information and documenting.Strong organizational & analytical skills.ACTIVE DATESJanuary - March 2019
