Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are hiring 4 Business Development Representatives to join our growing solar energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling to homeowners , educating them on the benefits of switching from traditional electricity to solar power , and setting appointments for sales consultations.

The ideal candidate has strong persuasive communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers . This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing industry while earning competitive pay with commission incentives!

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation :
• Contact homeowners via phone to introduce the benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Identify interested prospects and set up sales appointments for the solar consultation team.
• Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but haven’t scheduled yet.
• Customer Education & Persuasion :
• Clearly explain cost savings, tax benefits, and environmental advantages of solar power.
• Address common objections and concerns in a confident, knowledgeable manner .
• Build trust and develop relationships with homeowners to encourage solar adoption.
• CRM & Data Management :
• Log all call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system .
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads , ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
