Job Requirements :
Thorough understanding of Change Management principles and delivery methodologies
Strong client-focus and understanding of business drivers, processes, technologies, and solutions
Understanding of Sun Life or insurance business and its multiple functions
Ability to clearly articulate messages for difference audiences
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and develop relationships to influence change
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Seasoned change leader with at least 10 years of experience in successfully leading large-scale transformational changes
Experience in developing an organizational Change Management practice and training of change practitioners
Understanding of developments in the industry and issues faced by business operations and support functions; awareness of industry techniques and philosophies critical to modeling behaviors and developing organizational capabilities
Proven strong leadership and people management skills
