At least 2 years of accounting and admin experience. Experience Taxation Law and latest BIR regulations and memorandums. Experience in ERP System. Amendable to work as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities : Monitoring, posting and settlement of the clients’ payments and verifying that each payment has been issued with appropriate receipt / s Preparation of the list of Official Invoices / Billings and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the details Reconciliation of the Official Invoices / Billings with the system pro-forma invoices Monitoring of the Form 2307 made by and / or issued on behalf of the company Preparation of the information for the filing of quarterly VAT Preparation of the information and documents during BIR and FS audit [Receivables] Other tasks that may be assigned Recruitment Process : (Face to Face) Initial Interview Final Interview Job Offer
