Rishworth is currently supporting our client, a leading LCC in Asia with their latest project supporting homecoming talent across several departments.
They are currently looking for a Maintenance Controller who will be responsible for providing technical services support as listed in the responsibilities below.
This is a full-time position based in the headquarters with a lucrative joining bonus and mobility assistance for the incumbent and dependents.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee line maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring alignment with the maintenance plan.
- Track and assess aircraft fleet status, identifying potential AOG situations through close coordination with Operations, support departments, and the Approved Maintenance Organization.
- Manage deferred defects and MEL / CDL items, monitoring recurring issues and their rectification progress.
- Provide real-time updates to the Network Control Center (NCC) Operations Team, informing them of emerging defects and maintenance concerns, along with their impact on operations and aircraft limitations.
- Evaluate maintenance activities on line aircraft, liaising with maintenance providers to assess operational risks and recommend actions if flight disruptions are imminent.
Job Requirements
Must have a degree in Aeronautical Engineer or associated engineering course.Must have at least five years as in Technical Services for Line and Base Maintenance or one year as a Line Engineer.Preferably with ICAO / A&P AMEL.Please APPLY NOW if you are interested with your latest up-to-date CV.
