- Understand customer needs by working closely with stakeholders to clarify business context, objectives and requirements
- Design solutions by
Elaborating customer experience, process flows, and business rules Assessing high-level impact of requirements to products, processes and systems Translating requirements into functional and technical design specifications Ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, regulatory and internal enabling team requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners in enriching requirements with industry and business readiness perspective, and prioritizing features by presenting tradeoffs and risksWork with the rest of the technical team to validate the solutionInstill solution-requirement traceability and address technical constraints and limitations, working with the Solution Architects and Delivery Engineers Provide inputs to test analysis of Quality Assurance especially for edge cases, high risk and / orplex scenarios
Lead / participate in functional and technical assessments ( RFP functionalpliance evaluation) and design reviews to ensure that the solution is meeting its objectives as it progresses from concept to specification, design, development and launch.Author, update and maintain the accuracy and usability of product solution documents and artifactsAct as the subject matter expert for assigned products and services and related industry / fieldAuthor and / or contribute to solution design principles and standards and ensureplianceLead and / or contribute to continuous improvement initiativesLead / participate in solutions design guild activitiesQualifications
Minimum 8 years in a business analyst, systems analyst / design or related rolesWith a business and technical background, having previous experience in process, product and solutions design and developmentMust be customer-oriented with relevant technology know-how to bridge requirements to solutionsWith experience in agile delivery model and working well within multi-disciplinary teams to meet strategic objectivesShould have a strong background in process engineering and / or tech / business operationsWhat We Offer
