What is your mission?
Lead the development and implementation of the PH Seats Capacity Plan
Monitor the implementation of scheduling strategies to balance client needs and operational efficiency
Develop, implement and maintain business continuity plans for critical operations
Coordinate the WFM response during business disruptions and emergency situations
Develop and implement crisis management protocols
Support business development with capacity planning for potential new clients
Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities on integrated capacity and continuity processes
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, preferred but not required
6+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or business continuity with at least 2 years in a management role
Knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk & Crisis Management, and / or Disaster Recovery Planning
Strong understanding of contact center operations and resource optimization principles
Advanced proficiency in capacity planning tools and methodologies
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
