Position : Motion Designer (Animation and Video Production) Industry : IT Company Work Location : Cebu City Salary : Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 gross Work Schedule : Dayshift Work Set Up : Onsite Sample Portfolio is required. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Design, or a related field Proficiency in UI / UX principles for interactive ad elements (e.g., clickable banners, AR filters). Have 5 and above years work experience in Motion Designer. Have knowledge in Knowledge of marketing channels and formats is required (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, display ads, Google Ads, landing pages, etc.) Have a sample Portfolio demonstrating cross-brand adaptability in animation styles (e.g., explainer videos, kinetic typography, product demos, blended video and animation). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible in Design and animate the motion graphics for multi-platforms. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring brand stories to life Responsible on edit raw footage, integrate 2d / 3d elements and optimize outputs. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with visual identity across all assets Maintain technical expertise in relevant applications such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro etc. and emerging tools for web animations.
