Role : Account Manager
Hours : 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time
Salary : $8 - $12 USD per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Lago is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, leveraging your expertise to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to balance client demands with company resources will contribute significantly to client retention and satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, from sales to support, to ensure the successful delivery of services. Responsibilities
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication via email and leading monthly calls.
- Client Calls : Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance reports, address questions, and manage concerns proactively.
- Project Management : Oversee and coordinate account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Process Adherence : Utilize Asana to follow internal workflows for client relationship management, onboarding, retention, and growth strategies.
Requirements
The Account Manager role will not be a hands-on position, but this person will need a solid understanding of digital strategy (specifically SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads) to be successful in the role.Experience in Digital Marketing Account Management : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly in a remote setting.Strong Communication & Emotional Intelligence : 10 / 10 people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Flawless English & Professional Presence : Near-native English proficiency (as close to an American accent as possible) and a polished Zoom presence.Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies : Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is required. While this role is not hands-on, a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies is essential for success.Detail-Oriented & Organized : Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines efficiently.Benefits
