Cleanline Tasman specialise in supplying high quality workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) along with in-house branding for uniforms.

To make the process easier and more efficient they offer a streamlined approach for their customers using a sophisticated online ordering system.

This enables an efficient distribution of products to their customers.

  • Purpose of this role

Principal Accountabilities

Produce Quotations, Customer Proposals and Value Add

Customer Onboarding, UMS Training & Maintenance

Research Key Customer Data, Create QBR Documents, Provide Reporting

Qualifications And Requirements

Competency Requirements

Communication Skill

Due to the importance of maintaining relationships with customers excellent communication skills and being comfortable speaking to all kinds of people are necessary.

Mathematical Skills

To ensure that no money is lost, and no resources are wasted, Customer Service and Sales Support must be able to check and double check all the facts and figures which back up their decisions

Financial Acumen

Making informed decisions involves the implementation of financial skills such as accurate GP margins for sale of products.

Ability to Work Independently

For some of this role Customer Service and Sales Support will have mínimal supervision.

Because of this, they need to be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently on their own.

High Level of Organisation & Attention to Detail

Customer relationships are composed of many different moving parts, and if one segment of the chain fails then all other segments are affected also.

A high attention to detail and organisation is important to ensure the customer gets more than what they expected to provide a fantastic customer experience

Knowledge, Experience and Personal Attributes

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
