- Website management in HubSpot, including - updating content, creating landing pages from templates, etc.
- Social media support : under guidance, clone / update social media visuals and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
- Customer support and assistance with other marketing / operations / administration initiatives as required.

- Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in administration or communications roles with similar job descriptions.
- Confidence with mail merge, data cleaning formulas, pivot tables and best practice data management is required.
- Proven experience working on administration and reporting tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written (copywriting) and verbal communication skills.
- Website management in HubSpot and / or WordPress experience is preferred.
