• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Develop & drive the brand narrative for the startup
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Come up with ideas to promote and maximize the visibility and promotion of the brand
• Posting on social channels
• Strategic design & execution of online activities / campaigns and adopt successful strategies from competitors in the market.
• Collaborate with the content team and designers to build a personal face of the brand
• Brainstorming and pitching new ideas
• Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
• Manage all brand activations, partnerships, and sponsorships
• Making decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
• Requirements
• Experience : 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Education : Bachelors or master in marketing / media studies
• Location : Baguio
• Good communication skills
