Job descriptionMust be Marketing Graduate KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Maintains an effective pool of suppliers for normal buys and spot buys. Implement actions to improve the following DIM parameters then monitor and track these improvements as well : (not limited to) a. supplier leadtime b. supplier Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) c. supplier Standard Package Quantity (SPQ) d. supplier Minimum Order Value (MOV) e. supplier shipment terms / incoterms f. supplier payment terms g. supplier price Must be well equipped in deciding to which a certain item is to be bought. Assist Purchasing people in acquiring samples for small production runs for certain accounts.
Initiates part approval process for alternate and newly developed parts.
- Performs other function as may be required by the superior after due training / qualification
- Skills & Experience
- Preferably of one (1) year experience in an electronics manufacturing / or as Purchasing personnel or Procurement personnel is advance but not required.
