As we grow, we’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner directly with our founder to streamline operations, manage priorities, and fuel growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly intelligent, adaptable, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work closely with the founder. This is not a typical VA role — we’re looking for someone who operates at a higher level, can quickly understand new concepts, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Prior knowledge in ecommerce or marketing is a plus, but the ability to learn quickly and think critically is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key right-hand to the founder, managing calendars, scheduling, and communications.
  • Help prioritize tasks, track progress on key projects, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Support in day-to-day ecommerce operations, from product launches to backend tasks.
  • Conduct research, compile information, and summarize findings across various business functions.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content organization.
  • Liaise with contractors, freelancers, and partners as needed.
  • Take initiative to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive support role (Startup, ecommerce, or marketing background preferred).
  • Exceptionally fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable with digital tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Shopify, Slack, and similar platforms.
  • Tech-savvy — able to pick up new software, systems, and processes with minimal instruction.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of operating autonomously.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information.
