• Responsibilities
• Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan
• Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents
• Assist in all Project-related correspondence to prior to implementation
• Administer contracts with service providers, interpreters and experts
• Responsible for meeting logistics; meeting rooms; audio-visual equipment, name tags, logistics for arrivals and departures
• Perform any other duties as required
• Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in project administration and implementation of projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Business in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• With one year experience in handling special projects related in Logistics and Forwarding is an advantage
• Good organizational Skills
