About the role

SYC Philippine Corporation is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

As a full-time Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Perform as TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) Crew / Laborer

Assisting skilled tradespeople and construction workers in various construction tasks

Performing manual labour duties such as material handling, site clean-up, and equipment maintenance

Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborating effectively with the construction team to meet project timelines and objectives

Demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction or manual labour role

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual tasks

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
