The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is open only to new graduates who are eager to start their careers in customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with booking maintenance services, rescheduling, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our maintenance services, policies, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications :
Must be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field).Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using computers, email, and chat-based customer support tools.Willing to work on shifting schedules to align with U.S. business hours.Benefits
