Job description
  • Handles all recruitment requests from requisition, sourcing candidates, initial screening,
  • arrangement, and coordination of client interviews, discussion of job offers with selected

    candidates, and collection of required documents.

    • Coordinates closely with internal departments (i.e.
    • Business Development, Deployment and

      Digital Marketing).

    • Ensures that the final screening of all shortlisted candidates meets the highest standards and that the candidates presented to clients meet their requirements.
    • Ensures that candidates are properly presented to clients (i.e.
    • Candidate Profiles, Candidate

      Summaries, etc.)

      within the target date.

    • Communicates effectively with the Clients for CV endorsements and interviews (via online or face- to-face) and sends follow-ups on statuses of endorsed candidates.
    • Coordinates and assists in Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos, or any requirements given by
    • the Clients.

    • Ensures full understanding of performance metrics as well as targets to be achieved.
    • Ensures that Background Checks are done for all shortlisted candidates.
    • Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.
    • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
    • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
    • Must have at least 3-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
    • Experience in account management and in handling local and / or overseas clients is a plus.
    • Overseas recruitment experience is highly preferred, especially those who have experience in recruiting for Hospitality, Technical and / or Healthcare positions.
    • Knowledge of DMW rules and processes is an advantage.
    • Able to meet high volume recruiting goals and able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer- focused environment.
    • Resourceful and with strong sourcing ability using social media, field recruiting, job boards, and other methodologies.
    • Keen attention to details, with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills.
    • Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
