Job Title : General Manager Location : Davao City Industry : Kitchen Equipment & LPG / Gas Distribution Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee our end-to-end business operations in the kitchen equipment and gas distribution industry.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for aligning business strategy with execution, driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and expanding our market leadership in the B2B sector.The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in kitchen equipment, LPG / gas distribution (e.g., Solane, Petron Gasul), commercial appliances, or the food service and hospitality supply sector.

This background ensures a solid understanding of technical sales, long B2B cycles, and client-centric service delivery.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage day-to-day business operations, sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service.Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term revenue and growth targets.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability.Strengthen operational processes and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and employees, fostering a high-performance culture.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify business opportunities.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through service excellence and operational responsiveness.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).At least 5-7 years of leadership experience as General Manager in kitchen equipment, LPG / gas distribution, commercial appliances, or related industries.Strong understanding of technical sales and B2B sales cycles, preferably in capital equipment or industrial products.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and managing P&L responsibilities.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and negotiate at all levels.Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and distribution logistics is highly preferred.Proficiency in business tools (ERP / CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
