They source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and / or internal candidates to staff open requisitions.

They also utilize employment agencies and place ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet, and print media.

The teams develop recruiting plans, administer talent management efforts, manage employee referral programs, oversee the resume tracking system, and ensure a consistent corporate image throughout recruitment campaigns.Job Description, Role, and ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE ROLEAs we expand our operations in key emerging markets across Southeast Asia, this role focuses on building trusting relationships and providing high-level recruiting services to the business.

The role will assist the TA manager in overseeing, driving, and leading end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and Hiring Managers.

It plays a pivotal role in engaging with the Sourcing and Administration team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, alongside the Regional TA Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier professionals.

You will work with minimal supervision and closely with a small team of recruiters.

As a talent advisor, you will address the hiring needs of the country and business, partnering with leaders and managers to align hiring efforts with business objectives in a competitive and evolving talent market.1.

Execute Hiring StrategiesCollaborate with the Regional TA Manager, Business Leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand hiring needs.Assist in developing and executing hiring plans, ensuring alignment with global SLAs and business goals.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices and tools.2.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE, among others.Assist in developing innovative hiring strategies using market intelligence and talent mapping tools.Leverage various sourcing channels : internal / external career sites, social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), job boards (JobStreet, Monster), and hiring tools like HireEz, ZoomInfo.

Utilize employee referrals and university hiring programs.3.

Employer Branding & Candidate EngagementPosition the company as an employer of choice in engineering, tech, and manufacturing sectors.Create content and campaigns targeting industry professionals (e.g., webinars, blogs, meetups, tech events).Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, production, and engineering professionals.4.

Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.Implement and monitor structured interview processes, including technical assessments.5.

Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders.Provide regular updates, metrics, and insights to leadership.6.

Data-Driven RecruitingUse analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health.Ensure global hiring metrics, SLAs, and targets are met.Publish regular reports on recruitment efforts and progress.Optimize the hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPIs.Education, Experience, and Role FitmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEOverall 12 years of experience with a minimum of 8+ years in relevant industries.

Preferably an engineer of any discipline, but not mandatory, or a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related fields.MOTIVATIONAL / CULTURAL FITInnovation mindset and problem-solving approach.Passion for recruitment and growth as a Human Resources professional.Results-driven and clear, concise communication.Strong intercultural skills and ability to work with diverse countries and cultures.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWork from Office - 3-4 days hybrid.Hands-on recruiting experience for engineering, manufacturing, and production roles.NO visa sponsorship or relocation for this role.ROLE COMPETENCIESPassion for recruiting and delivering exceptional experiences.Excellent MS Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and leadership by example.CompetenciesSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers).
