Job Details : Position : General Virtual Assistant Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Location : Work-from-home or report to our Batangas City office Shift : Night shift Training : Unpaid training (up to 5 days, 8 hours / day) Qualifications : Experience in Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or BPO industry (preferred) Background in HR, Marketing, or as an Executive Secretary is a plus Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRMs Comfortable handling phone, email, and instant messaging platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Equipment Requirements : Laptop / Desktop (at least Pentium processor with 8GB RAM) Wired internet connection (minimum of 10 Mbps) A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) / Jabra USB headset or any noise-canceling headset Backup power / internet is a plus
