Job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTION Improve, implement and manage pricing processes or sub-processes : New product price, Annual price adjustment Price maintenance Assess, develop and recommend general pricing strategies, offers, and promotions across business areas within the pricing team together with global and regional stakeholders; Monitor, assess and anticipate market trends and competitive pricing moves Elaborate reports to identify pricing opportunities or to allow pricing business decision Drive parts of international pricing projects and represent Pricing in internal projects Ensure know-how transfer in pricing to relevant internal parties Foster and promote excellent team work and environment Lead and coordinate local pricing team activities Report KPIs for the group, analyze statistics and compile accurate reports Recruit, coach, develop and evaluate personnel Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets JOB QUALIFICATION High proficiency in English required (both verbal and written) Experience with pricing methods and tools preferred Experience in project management - medium to high level of complexity Experience from international pricing projects Strong analytical skills ACTIVE DATES
