Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities : Support pre-sales and tender processes by providing technical inputs and documentation.Develop comprehensive system design proposals based on client specifications and technical requirements.Liaise with equipment vendors to gather technical specifications and pricing for integration into proposals.Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure proposed systems adhere to compliance and standards.Prepare and compile all necessary tender documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Respond to client queries related to technical aspects of tenders and clarify deviations when necessary.Review and verify system compliance against tender requirements, highlighting any deviations.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales to support the department's objectives.Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in proposal engineering or technical sales, preferably in maritime or offshore system integration.Strong understanding of system integration in offshore / onshore environments is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with tendering platforms is a plus.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Clarence KhohR1552376
