Primary Responsibilities
Preparation, development and implementation of B2B Search Engine Marketing strategies in close collaboration with company business units to promote company business-related web pages, and websites, and to increase traffic and generate business leads through SEO, and other internet marketing techniques
Give technical and business inputs to the Digital Marketing & Communication Management Team in terms of streamlining business and web processes, and updating methodologies

Specific Responsibilities
- Be proactive with the different company lines of business to develop SEO strategies for their respective web sites (includes helping them understand the need for SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc., development of detailed proposals, follow-up, etc.)
- Prepare and monitor SEO campaign (keywords strategies, off-page optimization strategies and content optimisation) for the web sites of the SGS business units
- Performs website audit to ensure that all strategies and campaigns (for company website corporate and company business units' web pages / websites) are compliant to Search Engine Rules, Guidelines and Best Practices, company's Publication Standards and Web Usability Guidelines
- Collaborate with the Digital Publishing team for the implementation of optimisation recommendations (copy) on the websites, and coordination and implementation of company business units' requests (includes assessment of templates)
- Work in partnership with the Paid Search Specialists on paid search optimisation
- Provide web analytics reports and analysis using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to the company Business units on request
- Monitor and optimise local business listings through Google My Business platform with company Business units
- Provides recommendation and best practices for SEO-related components of a web page / website (e.g.
meta tags, meta description, alt tags) using the Content Management Systems (Sitecore)
Contribute to the development of Digital Marketing best practices and work processes for the teamsUpon request of the company business affiliates, collaborate with the copywriters on recommended keywords for the creation of content for corporate web pages (e.g.news articles, landing pages)
Conducts marketing and competitive research for the company business unitsAnalyse search algorithm trends using different SEO tools and analytics platformPerforms website audit on competitors' websites and Content Management System companies and SEO agencies, etc.as needed)

Profile
At least 2 years experience related to Digital Marketing (preferably SEO - keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, local business listing optimisation and web analytics reporting) required; B2B experience an advantageUniversity graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social SciencesSolid knowledge on SEO and Web Analytic ToolsBackground in Paid Search (PPC) is an advantageIT literate with extensive experience in internetRequired SkillsExperience / Technical Knowledge
