Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience
- Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
- Updating of bi-monthly or monthly rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines
- Assist the Sales Team in sending of proposals, updated rates and shipping schedules to customer
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or any related course
- With at least 1-year related experience in Sales and Marketing (Logistics / Shipping / Forwarding)
- Previous experience on related sales position is an advantage
- Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and tech savvy
- Exceptional customer service skills
