Sales Assistant

Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value.

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience
• Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
• Updating of bi-monthly or monthly rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines
• Assist the Sales Team in sending of proposals, updated rates and shipping schedules to customer
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or any related course
• With at least 1-year related experience in Sales and Marketing (Logistics / Shipping / Forwarding)
• Previous experience on related sales position is an advantage
• Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and tech savvy
• Exceptional customer service skills
