Job description
  • JOB TITLE
  • DATA VALIDATION SPECIALIST
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize databases and tools appropriately.
  • Manually allocate directors both for online and live interview applicants / directors (assign-un-assign, add director and resend contracts when needed).
  • Order companies for both online and live process.
  • Monitor ordered companies sent contracts and completes the order on the assigned deadline.
  • Submit a report for all timed-out companies, resigning and deceased directors for replacement to Comsec and OM.
  • Strategize, analyze and report portal malfunctions and scenarios to address issues to be checked by IT system.
  • Files tickets for detected issues encountered upon ordering and assigning directors for a company.
  • Responds director queries via messaging portal regarding the status of their contracts especially for request of transfers.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  • Education
  • Graduate of any management information systems business course or Economics.
  • A strong background in database management may be beneficial.
  • Knowledge and skills
  • Efficient and detail oriented to respond on queries via messaging system.
  • Should have strong analytical abilities in order to evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills to properly address any issues or statuses to UK counterparts.
  • Accountable, with strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Experience
  • Less than a year of experience in data management role.
  • Fresh graduates may be accepted.
