  • Job Summary
  • An amazing opportunity to be a part of an exciting industry and growing Company and to be an integral part of the team within Tasman Holiday Parks.

    Reporting to the Head of Revenue Manager, your responsibilities will focus on revenue and yield analysis for parks within our network.

  • Responsibilities
  • Data collection, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, maintenance of distribution channels, and conducting a strategic analysis.

    Trend recognition, demand anticipation, and opportunity analysis.

    Developing and implementing systems, practices, and tools to enhance revenue and yield

    Regularly review competitive rate positioning, and dynamic pricing strategies and provide recommendations and feedback to the Head of Revenue

    Liaise with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operational Teams in order to identify and resolve issues and recommend enhancements to increase positive guest experiences

    Forecasting revenue at each property on a monthly basis, using information from pickup & trend reports, and in context to both last year and budgeted expectations

    Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence and benchmarking

    Ensuring all park rates and packages are correctly loaded across all distribution channels and liaising with sales and marketing to ensure effective communication of all current rates and packages.

  • Requirements
  • Practical revenue management experience in the accommodation / travel industry

    A sound understanding of revenue management principles

    Exceptional communication skills with key internal and external partners

    Extensive experience in data analysis and report generation

    Advanced Excel skills

    A strong work ethic and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

    Attention to detail and effective time management
