Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Head of Recruitment will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our recruitment andtalent acquisition strategies.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can build and managesourcing pipelines, mentor junior recruiters, and partner with leadership to ensure we attract,hire, and retain top talent.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle,improving candidate experience, optimizing hiring systems, and supporting engagement throughvirtual and in-person recruitment-related events.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment, Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementDevelop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards,referrals, etc.
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct targeted outreach and independent candidate searches for specialized rolesManage full-cycle recruitment : screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer letters,and onboardingMaintain and analyze metrics on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and recruitmentfunnelsPartner closely with hiring managers to forecast needs and align on recruitment prioritiesTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and supervise junior recruiters and remote HR support staffImplement structured hiring processes, tools, and evaluation methodsOversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the teamCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support long-term talent planning and staffinggoalsCandidate Engagement & Event PlanningPlan and execute virtual hiring events and job fairs to attract a diverse talent poolOrganize in-person recruitment and engagement events to strengthen candidate connections and support employer brandingPromote a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring processQualificationsQualifications & RequirementsEligibility? Willingness to work U.S. Pacific Time hours? Minimum of 45 hours per week? Reliable high-speed internet and phone connectivityExperience? At least 7 years of recruitment and HR coordination experience? Proven success in sourcing and pipeline management for both volume and strategic hiring? Demonstrated ability to lead hiring initiatives and manage recruiting teams? Preferred : Experience in the education or consulting sectorsEducation? Bachelor's degree from a reputable 4-year college or universitySkills & Competencies? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English? Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities? Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly self-motivated? Professional, approachable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-pacedenvironment? Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
