- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and mentor a delivery team to identify and deliver the best possible digital solutions and client service to large accounts.
- Conducting Business Development activities which lead to closing new clients while nurturing existing clients.
- Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross-sell.
- Full financial responsibility for a specific group of large accounts.
- Work closely with the internal resources to develop strategic thinking for account planning and new opportunities including timely reporting.
- Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client.
- Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
- Requirements
- Graduate caliber or equivalent business experience.
- At least 5-8 years of Account Management experience within a media or digital advertising agency environment.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts.
- Experience managing pharmaceutical clients would be a plus.
- Strong experience in digital campaigns (online and offline).
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of media planning, CRM, lead generation, performance marketing, and social.
- Understanding of page search and display marketing.
- Consultative approach to building client relationships.
Able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients' future business needs and challenges.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to manage new business proposals.Fluency in English is essential.
