The Role

As an Account Administration Specialist , you will handle the custodianship of Credit Folders for Auto, Home, CTS, SBL, Personal loans, Corporate Salary loans, and SALAD.

How you'll contribute

• Responds to requests from Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in order to deliver the commitment to internal and external clients.
• Validates records in Collateral Management System (GDS) by updating the status of loan documents for proper handling.
• Organize complied loan documents by proper filing them inside the Credit Folder to avoid damage or loss.
• Monitors safekeeping and pull-out of Credit Folders inside the filing room to avoid a loss that may result in client complaints.
• Prepares copy of loan documents through scanning to provide welcome kit to the client.
• Arranges Credit Folders of all Consumer Loan Products inside the filing room to avoid damage or loss.
