Area Operations Head

2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsThis position is primarily responsible for administering and controlling the operations of branches in the assigned area, ensuring cost efficiency, manpower productivity and competitiveness.

The position participates in business development through preparation of industry updates and trend analysis, and recommendation of opening for new branches.

The position also develops and implements marketing strategies set by the region as well as overseeing / monitoring the overall security and integrity in the area including branch personnel safety in coordination with the security division.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops area operating plans, budgets, and ensures adequate resources, including manpower, logistics, and funding.Supervises branch personnel, conducts performance evaluations, and provides coaching to align with corporate goals.Executes company-wide marketing initiatives, identifies local marketing opportunities, and strategizes to increase sales.Conducts branch spot checks, monitors security measures, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitors sales performance, approves operating expenses, and analyzes financial reports to refine business strategies.Scouts new locations, prepares business proposals, and oversees pre-launch activities for new or relocated branches.Tracks industry trends, monitors competitor strategies, and provides insights to improve product offerings and business positioning.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
