Job description

We are looking for an experienced Professional Recruiter to manage contract and contract-to-hire roles in corporate sectors. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in high-volume recruitment and supporting multiple corporate clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as AP, AR, Customer Service, Admin, Receptionist, Help Desk or Data Entry.
  • Manage massive recruitment efforts and support multiple corporate clients simultaneously.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including billing numbers.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Provide detailed documentation and analysis of recruitment performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment (MUST HAVE).
  • Previous professional services recruiting experience for contract and contract to hire role is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Ability to support multiple corporate clients at once.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus.
