- At least 5 years working experiences in the field of Human Resources and Development as HR Supervisor.
- Knowledgeable on legal compliances, labor laws and employee relations, recruitment process and strategies, policy making and implementation, training and development and other aspects of HR.
- Has a strong personality.
- Able to plan and implement company policies and procedures.
- Organized and keen into details.
- With good communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and can deal with different people.
- Can handle pressure.
