• At least 5 years working experiences in the field of Human Resources and Development as HR Supervisor.
• Knowledgeable on legal compliances, labor laws and employee relations, recruitment process and strategies, policy making and implementation, training and development and other aspects of HR.
• Has a strong personality.
• Able to plan and implement company policies and procedures.
• Organized and keen into details.
• With good communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and can deal with different people.
• Can handle pressure.
