Operations Supervisor

Job Overview :

We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a team in the Travel & Hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will have a background in airlines, travel, or hospitality BPO and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications :

1–2 years' experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in the travel / hospitality / airline BPO industry

Must pass the SVAR language assessment before endorsement

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
