RESPONSIBILITIES : - Conducts regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - Builds and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value customers. - Addresses client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Prepares regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for senior management. - Works closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. - Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. - Updates on industry trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. - Ensures cost-effective use of resources to maximize sales performance. JOB QUALIFICATIONS : - Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any Business-Related courses - Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Pleasing personality with good communication skills (verbal and written) - With 1yr and above experience in doing sales preferably in real estate. - Willing to start immediately in Angeles, Pampanga.
