At least one (1) year of exposure experience in recruitment or any HR related experience is required for this position
With pleasing personality
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good organization skills
Maintaining time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer.
Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick days for employees.
Ensure time sheets and payroll concerns are submitted and received in the head office on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments.
Initiate in job posting in any job portal platforms or any recruitment strategy
Conduct a good interview skill and counseling skill to employee or applicant
Responsible in conducting New Employment Orientation for the staff
Proper monitoring of documentary requirements of the employee (201 file handling)
Create good and harmonious engagement for employee to employer
Capable of multitasking, planning and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees
Attend meetings and inform employees on information that helps prepare for future issues related to payroll discrepancies.
Salary
Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
Schedule :
8 hour shift
Ability to commute / relocate :
Tarlac City, Tarlac : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
