Job description

BPO relations is looking for motivated and money driven individuals needed as Sales Loan Application Specialists to join our growing team!

As a Sales Loan Application Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Initiate cold calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly call and meeting quotas.

Qualifications :

  • Must be at least Filipino Citizen.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Account at a BPO Call Center.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales is preferred.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Motivated, self-starter with a drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    • Perks :

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Base Salary 18,000-20,000Php
  • Commission up to 85,000Php
  • Earn Bonuses up to 50,000Php
  • Working hours 11pm-8am Philippines time (Graveyard Shifts), 5 days a week (8 hours + 1 hour break)
