Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Production Manager role located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone.

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, manage staff, ensure quality standards are met, and optimize production processes to meet deadlines and goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Production Management and Operations

Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in the food industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or related field
