- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting employees as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and setting performance objectives.
- Administer all lending activities for all client loan operations.
- Manage all loan cycle processes and determine an efficient work plan to achieve all business objectives.
- Preparing and presenting monthly reports of operations.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Dealing with escalated client issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
- Secure long-term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations.
- Conducting monthly meetings with employees.
- Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators to Head Office (HR Department)
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
