• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting employees as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and setting performance objectives.
• Administer all lending activities for all client loan operations.
• Manage all loan cycle processes and determine an efficient work plan to achieve all business objectives.
• Preparing and presenting monthly reports of operations.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Dealing with escalated client issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
• Secure long-term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations.
• Conducting monthly meetings with employees.
• Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators to Head Office (HR Department)
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
