At least 5 years sales experience with at least 3 years spent in Modern Trade
With proven track record and successes in key customer management or other trade related operations
With experience in handling a team of professionals
Strong competency in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) is required
Must have strong execution excellence, results orientation, relationship management, and can communicate with enthusiasm and impact

Manage a group of District Business Development Managers (DBDM) and Business Development Managers (BDM) in delivering business objectives in an assigned group of key customers
Responsible for providing the leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values
Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of national and regional plans so that business targets are met within allocated budget
Lead by example in managing his / her assigned team of professionals in the areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
Review Business Plans of DBDMs for their district and teams quarterly and annually
Cascade national and regional directions and strategies to assigned DBDMs
