Job description

College Graduate, preferably Electrical / Mechanical Technology.

Must be Licensed Registered Master Electrician / Master Plumber / Certified Plant Mechanic or equivalent and with experience in Facilities Maintenance & Management.

Knowledgeable in handling building facilities and processing documents such as the permits, the government requirements, PEZA and ISO.
Knowledgeable in Preventive maintenance management, Building maintenance management and equipment repair and maintenance Legal and regulatory compliance.
With work experience as Facilities Technician / Helper
Must be willing to be assigned in Calamba or Cabuyao Laguna

Schedule :

10 hour shift

8 hour shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

Cabuyao, Laguna : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
