As its exclusive distributor in the Philippines, Chemisol Inc. aims to provide the Philippine chemical industry with the best possible combination of world-class Shell chemical products and exceptional technical and customer service.We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemist to (1) prepare and analyze chemical solutions, (2) conduct qualitative and quantitative experiments, (3) develop custom tests, and (4) ensure the quality and safety of our products.

The successful candidate will maintain lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, and compile technical reports, all while adhering to safety guidelines and supporting product refinement and development.GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Lead Buyer for all materials acquisitions and services for the company.

The Lead Buyer manages all sourcing activities required for the company needs by working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.ACADEMIC : College Graduate (bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, business management or other related field)BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED : 1.

Clear understanding of the company's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies needed to meet these objectives.2.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.3.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.4.

Ability to be a self-starter and team-builder.5.

Good team working skills - willingness to cooperate with other department personnel for the success and continual improvement of process-based quality system.6.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.

Effective one on one and in internal groups7.

Ability to work under tight time deadlines, with frequently changing priorities and sometimes-high stress levels.8.

Ability to tackle and engage in techno-commercial discussions9.
