Position : Sales Outreach Specialist
Work hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Australian Time Zone
Base Salary : 1,250 AUD / month
Total potential earnings : Up to 2,000 AUD / month (includes commission-based incentives)
A probationary period of 3 months to evaluate overall performance

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Outreach Specialist who thrives on building connections and generating qualified leads. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel, growth experimentation, and performance analysis. Responsibilities :
- Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects through LinkedIn messages, emails, and strategic follow-ups.
- Execute lead generation strategies to acquire new customers through organic outreach.
- Own the entire outbound sales funnel by generating leads and setting appointments
- Collaborate with leadership to align outbound campaigns with target personas and messaging.
- Track, measure, and analyse key KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and outreach effectiveness to inform strategy.
- Regularly report performance to leadership and suggest new outbound campaigns or optimisations.
- Conduct A / B testing of outreach sequences, messaging, and call-to-actions to identify scalable acquisition tactics.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position solutions effectively.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or Recruitment Agency.Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and lead generation.Proven track record of building and managing outbound pipelines that convert into closed deals.Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales metrics, and conversion benchmarks.Skilled in writing compelling sales emails.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics.Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment.Benefits :
