This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic team at JobX Australia Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Nurses in h Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our aged care clients, while also benefiting from our generous sponsorship program.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the broader care team

Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each client

Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant nursing and aged care regulations

Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve your nursing practice

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration

Minimum of 1 years' experience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills, with a focus on person-centred care and evidence-based practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
