The Modern Trade Sales Admin Assistant works closely with the Key Accounts Team Manager and the entire Modern Trade Team in managing purchase orders and invoices tagged under them. The Modern Trade Sales Admin Assistant will also verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and generate and complete sales reports as per the needs of the business. To ensure success, the Modern Trade Sales Admin Assistant should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills that understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support. EDUCATION

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a relevant field KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Familiarity with field sales and market.
  • Passion for growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. OTHERS
