Business Information Analyst, Customer Care And

Database Tools design, develop and implementation

• Developing content management strategies and requirements for Aftersales Supply Chain
• Work closely with team members, colleagues and consultants in eliciting, analyzing, validating and documenting business, organization and operational requirements
• Analyze, define and develop the database tools for business requirements
• Participate in solution design, facilitating and leading internal work teams to complete the requirements
• Work collaboratively with relevant technical solutions team (if required) in the design, development, testing and implementation
• Plan, perform installation and configuration of content management solutions and basic system administration functions
• Share technical knowledge and work with team members to provide best solution for the business
• Ensure all stakeholders have been informed on the development and status
• Practice project management to ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner to meet business timeline
• Ensure information accuracy and system integrity at all time
• Support adhoc reporting and queries as needed
• Support master data maintenance and management in core transactional system
