POSITION : QC Supervisor

SECTION / GROUP : QC

REPORTS TO : Production Manager

BASIC FUNCTION :

Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, motivating, and controlling all personnel activities to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Section Head.

Provides overall activities for the improvement of the organization.

Ensure that all required resources are readily available for use.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning – Plans to establish goals during meetings then set objectives and targets by using available time and resources to reduce wastages.

Budgeting

Knowledge and application of basic statistical tools, material resource planning (MRP), Tsukiden's Quality System, and the ability to think ahead and plan over time.

Leading – Leads subordinates, monitors progress, evaluates outcomes, and improves section efficiency.

Monitoring

Verifying

Knowledge of supervisory principles, performance management, company policies, and effective communication.

Organizing – Organizes activities, assigns work considering priorities and skills, and communicates effectively.

Education & Experience

Graduate of Engineering Course, minimum of 5 years' related experience, with excellent management and leadership skills, and computer literacy.
