Job descriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Helping the students create a plan to achieve career and academic goals Helping students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through classroom guidance lessons and counseling Identifying issues that affect the student's school performance Evaluating students' abilities and interest through aptitude assessments, interviews and individual planning Identifying issues that affect campus performance, such as poor classroom attendance rates Collaborating with faculty, administrators and parents to help students succeed Counseling individuals and small groups on the basis and needs of the students and the institution Working with students to develop skills, such as organizational and time management abilities and effective study habits Create a developmental program and welfare plan Study and update student records Execute such other task as may assigned by the Employer. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Guidance and Counseling / Psychology or equivalent Must be a Licensed Psychometrician / Guidance Counselor Graduate of Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling / Psychology At least 2 years relevant experience as Guidance Counselor in a school setting is an advantage Benefits Additional leave Free parking Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Quezon City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
